Terms and Conditions for Service
Please email admin@northernarizonainterpreting.com or call 928/288-5436 to request an agreement. Review the policies in your agreement for scheduling and cancelling interpreting services, and if at any point you have any questions, call or email us.
ASL/English private practice interpreters are professional service providers. Any office or business that wants or needs to provide communication access for Deaf patients or clients can hire our agency to provide interpreting accommodations. Northern Arizona Sign Language is then contracted with the business so it is the business’ responsibility to handle scheduling and any changes to an appointment just as other office staffing is handled. That responsibility is not left up to the patient/client.
Our Terms and Conditions agreement is between the service provider (you) such as the doctor’s office, and Northern Arizona Sign Language to provide interpreting services at any time between any two consumers. Our agreement in no way limits a provider’s choices in selecting qualified interpreting services. It simply sets the expectations for any appointments for which a business may wish to hire our services.
